Nano-Coffee Dosage Information
To calculate the dose of CBD you wish to take, use the following example to guide your decision or use the calculator provided below:
Total CBD per Cup = (Total CBD in Package ÷ Total Mass of Carrier) * Grams per Cup
For Example:
If a 4 oz. (~113 g) bag of coffee contains 500 mg of CBD, then each cup (~10 - ~15 g of coffee) should have the following:
For this example, 1 cup = 12 grams of coffee.
Total CBD per Cup = (500 mg ÷ 113 g) * 12 gram cup
Total CBD per Cup = ~53 mg/cup
