Tincture Dosage Information
To calculate the dose of CBD you wish to take, use the following example to guide your decision or use the calculator provided below:
Total CBD per Dropper = Total CBD in Container ÷ Volume of Container
For Example:
If a 30 mL tincture contains 500 mg of CBD, then each dropper (approximately 1 mL) should have the following:
Total CBD per Dropper = 500 mg ÷ 30 mL
Total CBD per Dropper = ~17 mg/mL
